Welcome to Kashoo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kashoo platform, operated by Kashoo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines to use Kashoo. Accounts are activated using a valid activation code issued by our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account is permitted per person.
2. Earning & Rewards
Members earn rewards by completing typing tasks accurately. Rewards are credited to your account balance in Philippine Pesos at the rate published on the platform, which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, automation, bots, multiple accounts, or any activity that violates these Terms.
3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted during the published monthly payout window and are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount. Payouts are processed to the payment method you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details; we are not liable for funds sent to an incorrectly provided account.
4. Referrals
Our referral program rewards you for inviting genuine new members. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abusive practices are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of referral earnings and account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to manipulate the reward system, using scripts or automated tools, reverse-engineering the service, or engaging in any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Changes & Termination
We may modify these Terms, the reward rates, or the service at any time, with notice posted on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion where required to protect the integrity of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kashoo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
